Black and White and Re(a)d All Over

|   Opaque tights (can anyone tell me where I can find reasonably good ones that don’t break the bank?)   | 
Why I love it:   Although I don’t like how obvious the skirt’s creases are, I really do like the belt and the top a LOT!  The top has really broad shoulders because of the puff in the sleeve, but I have started to totally get into it - 80’s power dressing! This would be a work outfit.  The shoes are AWESOME for long days at the office especially where I will be running around a lot, secure on my foot and reasonably comfortable.
